Bloomiere warrants the Preserved Flower Aroma Diffuser Device product and its accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Bloomiere's printed guidelines for a period of 30 days from the date of original retail purchase. Bloomiere's published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in published technical specifications, information cards and service communications.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, Bloomiere will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact bloom@bloomiere.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
If you received the wrong item, missing part, defective, damaged that has been an error on our part or of the courier, please contact us immediately and send product photos within 48hrs of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return shipping and send a brand new one as soon as possible. Items for exchange will be given the same design or the nearest design type (if original design is unavailable).

All transactions are final, Bloomiere does not provide cash refunds for returns, only credits and exchanges.
