  • How can I place my order?
    If your chosen product is available on our website, then the fastest way to order is to add to cart and checkout on our website. You will receive a confirmation email from us to verify your order and shipping details. Once your order and payment has been validated, we will include your order in our production schedule and after your order is produced, we will dispatch your order with your chosen delivery method and date. ​ However, if your preferred product design or color is not available on our website, you may chat with us directly so we can discuss your requirements in detail.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    We do not offer cash on delivery payment option. Because our items are made to order and may take days to finish, we require clients to pay 50% of the order value if the delivery date is 30 days or more away, or pay 100% of the order if the delivery is within the month already.
  • When can I receive my order?
    Production lead time is usually 1-2 working days on single rose arrangements and 3-5 working days on multiple flower arrangements (see production details on each product page). Delivery lead times depend on your chosen delivery method after item is produced. ​ Please note that each order is produced only upon receiving a confirmed (paid) order and production is scheduled according to slots available on a first come first serve basis. All our deliveries are fulfilled by independent delivery or courier companies, Bloomiere does not guarantee delivery dates except when [Rider Delivery-Exact Day of Choice] option is chosen upon checkout. When choosing exact delivery dates, please remember to allot time for production and choose within business working days (Mon-Sat).
  • What are the payment options?
    When you click the black checkout button, you will see two choices - paypal and manual payment. Choose PAYPAL if you want to pay with your paypal funds or if you want to pay with a credit card Choose MANUAL PAYMENT and our BDO & BPI accounts will appear. You can use these to make online transfers, atm machine deposit, over-the-counter deposit, local/international remittance, and gcash transfers.   • Do you accept returns and exchanges?
    Before we design, we typically ask clients on the design color preference as well as any other detail requests to be added. As our designs are made-to-order and customized for clients, we do not allow returns or exchanges.
  • What if I have special requests and customization requirements?
    We try our best to accommodate every customer’s special request. In order to do so, you can either add your request on the field provided at check-out on the website or you can contact us directly via email at bloom@bloomiere.com. If we have any questions regarding your special request notes, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders placed within 24hrs may be cancelled (provided that production for it has not yet started). A cancellation fee of P50 pesos will be charged to cover card cancellation charges (for credit card purchases) or to be used for bank transfer fees to re-deposit the paid amount into client's bank account. Orders that have begun production cannot be cancelled, but client may choose to change the delivery date and change the receiver.
  • What if there is no receiver or the delivery address cannot be located?
    Exact-Day Rider Delivery Service Most delivery service companies have a strict 15-minute waiting time policy per delivery address. If the recipient asks them to wait for any reason, riders may ask for an extra charge of P60-100/hour. If the recipient is not available, refused to receive the arrangement or the address cannot be located - delivery riders will reroute the delivery back to us for the same fee paid for the initial delivery. When the arrangement is delivered back to us, clients must first settle the return delivery fee + new delivery fee before we can schedule to re-deliver again. Courier Delivery Service Most couriers will typically re-deliver on another day if they encounter any delivery difficulties on their first try. These will be reported on the tracking info available on their respective websites. ​ To avoid these delivery problems: 1.) Give an alternative receiver within the same address (to receive package if original recipient is not around or is not responding) 2.) Make sure to give the correct address that is google maps searchable, provide directions and landmarks if area is remote/secluded. Please be mindful when providing the exact address. If a wrong address was given, Bloomiere will not be held responsible for delivery mistakes as a result .
  • Where do you deliver?
    We can send your gifts door-to-door to every city in the Philippines! Exact-Day Delivery Service is available for Metro Manila and selected nearby Calabarzon Areas. We deliver via LBC to all other provincial addresses. Delivering internationally is possible through DHL (international rates to be quoted separately depending on place of destination and order size/weight. Note: Due to COVID-19 quarantine restrictions, some cities/towns within the Philippines may be on LBC Branch pick-up basis (instead of door-to-door delivery). This is only temporary and is expected to change as the local government allows more logistical freedom to couriers.
  • Can I request a specific delivery time?
    Unfortunately, we can only guarantee your exact delivery date but we cannot guarantee what time it will arrive. However, we exert every effort to make sure that all deliveries arrive before 5pm on a given day. Delivery factors such as what time the rider arrives to pickup, how many other stops a rider decides to include on his route, traffic situation, rider speed etc are all outside of our control.
  • How much are delivery fees?
    Shipping rates vary according to the delivery method chosen: A.) Rider Delivery (lalamove, grab etc.) - charge is based on travel distance, try to input your address at checkout and choose the city of delivery, the website will compute the distance and the shipping fee. Rider delivery fees are fixed per trip regardless of how many pieces of products are sent to the receiver. B.) Courier Delivery (LBC, JRS etc.) - charge is based on the total package size to be sent and the area of delivery destination. ​ TIP: From time to time we offer FREE SHIPPING promotions.   • What is the schedule of your deliveries?
    Exact-Day Rider Delivery (Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy, HappyMove etc.) In the mornings, we are giftwrapping and plotting delivery routes, we usually dispatch to riders after lunch to avoid the morning traffic rush within Metro Manila. Actual delivery time generally depends on the traffic and distance going to the receiver's address but we firmly require to riders that delivery must be done by 5pm at the latest. Courier Delivery Service (LBC, JRS, J&T etc) Bloomiere dispatches orders for courier shipping most days of the week except weekends and only during our business hours. Note: These deliveries are fulfilled by independent courier companies and so we have no control over which day and time they will deliver, we can only give you a date range or estimated arrival based on out previous experience.
  • What do I do when the delivery of my order is delayed or missing?
    For Rider Delivery method, kindy follow-up after 5pm on the expected delivery date, if earlier than 5pm the delivery is still not considered delayed. For standard shipping service, please expect the item to arrive between 3 – 7 days after the day it was dispatched (excluding weekends). After these given delivery periods and the item has not arrived, we encourage you to email us at bloom@bloomiere.com and we will do everything we can to assist you in contacting the delivery/courier company to locate your package. On the unlikely event that your delivery parcel is proven missing, Bloomiere will offer a rush re-delivery of an alternative product using another courier to your intended address. Note: Due to ECQ/MECQ/GCQ protocols, most courier have published and extended delivery time, deliveries may take 2-5 days in Luzon, 3-7days in key cities of VisMin, and can take upto 10 days for smaller/farther towns in Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Are there many types of preserved flowers/preserving process?
    The common process of preserving flowers (which is used locally) is by drying out the moisture in flowers by using different drying agents. Examples of these are freeze drying, hang drying, silica drying etc. These are the methods regularly used when you want to have your fresh bouquet preserved here in the Philippines. ​ Bloomiere preserved flowers are preserved in Japan where the method is different. The blooms are submerged in a special solution using a different technique meant to seal the moisture in. This results to soft, supple and fresh-looking preserved blooms (as opposed to wrinkled and dry). This process is the most costly of all preservation techniques which is why authentic preserved flowers like ours are often considered as luxury gifts. ​ All preservation techniques are meant to only delay the natural wilting process. Natural flowers will eventually wilt over time, only plastic/silk/rubber flowers will last for decades.
  • Do you create fresh flower arrangements?
    No we do not. We trained and specialized in designing preserved flower arrangements only. Because of this, we are experts in this field and are able to create and one-of-a-kind pieces. Our business focus also allows us to import the preserved flower buds in large quantities - keeping prices to affordable levels throughout the year.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    We are an online-based preserved flower atelier and we do not need a physical store because we do not stock ready-made items for display. All of our designs are made-to-order and customized to client's requests. Should you wish to pick up your order, you may do so upon appointment. Our work base is in Alabang Muntinlupa area.
  • How long does preserved flowers last?
    Our authentic preserved flowers are preserved abroad with a patented technique and organic solution, enabling them to stay beautiful for at least a year in our 30℃ weather in the Philippines. Our preserved flowers can last 2 years or more if cared for properly in cooler less-humid environments. In countries like Japan, Korea, and US with generally lower humidity levels, the preserved flowers can last 3 years or more.   • Are you a legally registered business?
    Yes, Bloomiere has been a registered business since 2017. We have a DTI registration that covers nationwide, we have a yearly updated mayor's permit, certificate of registration from the BIR and most importantly we have and issue official receipts and we pay our taxes as a contribution to the PH economy that we are part of.
