Which products can be delivered on Valentine's Week? (Feb 10-14)

All items on our Valentine's Collection may be ordered for dispatch/deliveries from Feb 8-14.

What about the designs not on this list?

Answer: You may still order them but delivery date will beFebruary 15 onwards.

Can my order arrive EXACTLY on Feb 14?

Metro Manila Delivery Addresses Via RIDER DELIVERY Shipping Method can be delivered on Feb 14 or on your chosen date, arrival is ANYTIME before 5pm.

Provincial Deliveries will be dispatched on Feb 6 onwards after the item is produced. Once picked up by LBC, their published delivery lead times will apply as follows Luzon - 3-6 days, Visayas 6-9days, Mindanao - 8-11days (tracking number will be provided)

How to know what color is available?

Our website should reflect which color is available and which is not. We update website stock availability every 24 hrs.

Is my slot guaranteed after I place an order?

Slots are assigned according to those who paid first and NOT who placed the order first.

Unpaid orders will not have a slot allocation and may be cancelled within 48hrs without prior notice.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Rider Delivery Method

We dispatch our orders at 10am-1pm . However, the Rider's own speed in picking-up and delivering as well as road traffic are all outside of our control. Therefore we only state that delivery times can be anytime before 5pm.

Regular Courier or LBC

We have no way of knowing when exactly this will be delivered as that will depend on the courier's own logistical route and schedule. Deliveries from these couriers can arrive any day and at anytime.

Can I request for it to arrive at a specific time like between 1pm- 3pm?

We are not able to deliver at a specific time. Arrival is always anytime before 5pm.

What if there is no receiver or the delivery address cannot be located?

 Rider Delivery Method (ex. lalamove, grab delivery)

Most rider delivery companies have a strict 15-minute waiting time policy per delivery address. If the recipient asks them to wait for any reason, riders may ask for an extra charge of P60-100/hour. 

If the recipient is not available, refused to receive the arrangement or the address cannot be located - delivery riders will reroute the delivery back to us for the same fee paid for the initial delivery.

When the arrangement is delivered back to us, clients must first settle the return delivery fee + new delivery fee before we can schedule to re-deliver again.

To avoid these delivery problems:

1.) Give an alternative receiver within the same location (to receive if original recipient is not around or is not responding)

2.) Make sure to give the correct address that is google maps searchable, provide directions and landmarks if area is remote/secluded. 

Please be mindful when providing the exact address. If a wrong address was given, Bloomiere will not be held responsible for delivery mistakes as a result .

Regular Courier or LBC Provincial Delivery Service

Most couriers will typically re-deliver on another day if they encounter any delivery difficulties on their first try. These will be reported on the tracking info available on their respective websites.
