Our Customer Policy

Bloomiere Quality Guarantee

Before dispatch, we will send you a photograph of the finished product via email. This is so that you can be assured of the quality of the products that we will be sending through delivery.

If you have concerns of the product when you receive it, please call us at ___________ or email us at bloom@bloomiere.com within 24 hours of the delivery date.  Should there be any damages to the merchandise due to delivery, we will replace this with the same product at no extra cost to you.

Our policy regarding quality concerns is that we will do all that we can to put the situation right. The satisfaction of our customers are very important to us.

Bloomiere Delivery Guarantee

At Bloomiere, we guarantee that the products you ordered will be delivered within 14 working days in the cities of the Philppines. Kindly email us for International Order deliveries.

Bloomiere will not be liable for damages arising directly or indirectly form the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances.

  • The recipient was not present at the address at the time the delivery was attempted
  • Incorrect address/details was provided
  • No authorized person was available to receive the item on behalf of the recipient
  • Contact number of recipient cannot be reached for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully
  • Force Majeure, please see our terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

In any event and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Bloomiere’s liability in contract including negligence or breach of statutory duty shall be limited to the Purchase Price. The customer shall not seek from Bloomiere the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business, or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising in relation to the sales and purchase order.

Our Product Policy

All products as depicted on this website may vary in color per batch. These are flowers and colors may not be exactly the same very time as part of its natural composition.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and of equal quality without prior notice.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product itself or any qualified substitute), we shall notify you as soon as possible and will reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Products will be delivered using our Standard Shipping with 3-10 days delivery time unless other delivery service is requested.

Only on-hand products may be delivered on the same day or the next day. We encourage you to inquire of further information regarding product availability and delivery options when placing your order.

We do not guarantee the expected life of each flower because this would largely depend on the environment that they are in. However as a guide, the average lifespan of our preserved flowers are 1-3 years.

In the unlikely event that a substitution is necessary, we will contact you for your comments and preference.   Our floral designers will ensure that the “look and feel” of the arrangement will be maintained, paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and color combination.

In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. For example, if we are out of “New York Pink” roses, we will substitute another color rose, we will not substitute to another flower.

When substitution is cannot be avoided and we cannot contact you to for your preference, we will decide on your behalf but rest assured that the utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Delivery within the Philippines are subject to the following charges as a guide.


  1. No dispatching for delivery will be made on Sundays, Public Holidays and after 6PM.
  2. Most courier services do not deliver on weekends, public holidays and after 6PM.
  3. Bloomiere reserves the right to update shipping charges without prior notice.


Local Orders

Except when requested otherwise, we normally ship using our Standard Shipping Service (3-10 days), applicable to cities within the Philippines. However, please note that at certain times of the year delivery surcharges may vary especially during peak seasons. If you request delivery to a non-city or a remote area, you will be advised of any additional charges upon receipt of your order.

Please be reminded that by using Standard Shipping Service, orders that are intended to be delivered during a peak delivery time frame, will be delivered around your preferred date and may not be delivered on that exact date. Inquire us for exact delivery date options.

Bloomiere will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by force majeure, lack of or incorrect details on the order form, delivery difficulties encountered such as no person available to receive the item or establishment is closed during delivery. To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, accurate landmarks and directions of the intended recipient. Residential delivery addresses are encouraged because these do not have closing times that cannot receive deliveries.

In cases where a third party is involved usually in establishments, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on  behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please be aware that the courier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at the address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the item/s.

Please note that when the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or make contact and re-arrange delivery, and/or the recipient fails to make contact in 24 hours after the delivery attempt, Bloomiere reserves the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternate address.

If you ordered a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and same day delivery may not be guaranteed.

Bloomiere and its chosen couriers are exempt from liability arising from Force Majeure. Force Majeure will be defined to include fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane and other natural disasters, war, invasion, acts of foreign or domestic enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, confiscation, terrorism, nationalization, government sanctions, blockage, embargo, labor disputes, strikes, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.


International Orders

International deliveries are made to locations outside the Philippines. Bloomiere arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates or availability. Our Pricing Policy

Prices listed within the BLOOMIERE service quotation for customized orders are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.

Except where stated, and if no promotion is applied, prices exclude delivery/shipping services.

Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices on www.bloomiere.com may vary from those offered in other shopping websites that our brand is affiliated with. This may be due to limited-time promotion on our part or other website/shop initiated promotions.

Also, flower prices may vary and this is to be expected during peak seasons of the year.

Our Ordering and Payment Policy

Please be careful in answering the order form and input accurate personal details, delivery address, together with those of the intended recipient, to prevent processing and delivery delays.

We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Master Card, as well as Paypal online payment service.

 By clicking the “Submit” or “Pay Now” button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions written under the Terms and Conditions page and appearing anywhere on the Bloomiere website.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation invoice of your order details and we will advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have sent an email confirmation and your payment is received.

We do not accept orders from customers who are not legally allowed to purchase our products or purchase online. We assume that each customer is acting on good faith when making an order or availing of our services.

Our Change and Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you wish to change order details or to cancel an order you may do so by sending us a text message at Bloomiere’s assigned mobile number. Please give a 24-hour notice before the requested delivery date.

In case of cancelation of the order within 24 hours before the delivery date, Bloomiere will be happy to provide you with a credit note valid for 6 months. Strictly no cash refund is permitted.


While we agree to use all reasonable measures to ensure that our website and/or Bloomiere services is fully operational and error free. We cannot guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects, errors, interruption of our website and/or services. 

Bloomiere shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of www.bloomiere.com and/or Bloomiere service impossible or impractical.

General T&C’s

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions posted on this website which you are always permitted to access. We will post any changes on our website and it is every customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you avail of Bloomiere service or visit our website. Changes shall be effective immediately after posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website and/or Bloomiere services for any reason at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in this site, provided that in the event of a conflict between such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions will be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be in force and in effect.

In cases of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement including any documents and instruments referred to herein, supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us whether written or oral, and this sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us in relation to any subject matter.

Intellectual Property

All other rights, including copyright in this website are owned by Bloomiere. Any use of this website or its contents including copying or storing in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without permission of Bloomiere. No one may modify distribute or repost something on this website for any reason.

Any material submitted to us by you is deemed to be part of our property and we reserve the right to use them for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Social Media Terms of Use Policy

The following Terms of Use Policy applies to anyone accessing or posting to Bloomiere’s social media site accounts or blog.

  • By using or accessing any of Bloomiere’s social media account sites, you agree to comply with this Terms of Use Policy as well as other engagement rules as defined by individual social media platforms.
  • By posting on Bloomiere’s social media pages/sites, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to or upload.
  • You agree that everything you post shall be truthful, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith, and that you legally have the right to post such content.
  • You agree not to post any false, misleading or deceptive comments, materials that contain confidential material or violate a third person’s right of privacy.
  • Any photos or comments that include or depict, profanity, pornography, threats, hate speech, incite violence, personal attacks, illegal statements or unsafe practices will be put down or deleted.
  • Do not attempt to impersonate someone else including but not limited to, customers, clients, employees, member florist, suppliers, partners or other community members of Bloomiere.
  • Unauthorized commercial communications/spams, viruses or malicious are strictly prohibited.
  • By posting to a Bloomiere social media site, you agree to be respectful to other community members as well as Bloomiere community management team.

Content Moderation

  1. Bloomiere reserves the right to moderate content posted on its own social media sites.
  2. Any posts not in line with our Terms of Use Policy will either be deleted or not posted.
  3. Bloomiere reserves the right to remove or report any posts which could be deemed as inappropriate or offensive.
  4. Bloomiere also has the sole discretion to ban or block users who violates our Social Media Terms of Use Policy.
  5. We do not allow posting of personal information about yourself or others, most especially bank account information and addresses, as well as any information deemed to constitute an invasion of another person’s privacy.
  6. Bloomiere has a zero tolerenace approach to customers who use abusive or threatening language. Bloomiere will take action against all threats made against any individual or property and will protect its online customer service team by removing offensive posts and reporting the user to the appropriate social media platforms and if necessary, the government authorities.

Bloomiere assumes no liability for omissions or errors in any material on Bloomiere social media sites.

Any content that you submit or post on Bloomiere’s social media sites are deemed to be your own original work or you represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights/consent to that material, and that you specifically grant Bloomiere a wordwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, transferable right and licence to exercise all copyright, publicity and any other IP rights with respect to any such content your provide.
