How durable and long lasting are your flowers?

Thanks to a special Japanese technique and solution, our Infinity Roses and other preserved flowers last for at least a year, they may last for 2-3 years if cared for properly in a cool non-humid environment. Who can I turn to with special requests, needs and customized flower arrangements?

We try to do our best to accommodate customer’s special requests. In order to do so, you can either add you special request on the field provided at check-out on the website or you can contact us directly via email at If we have any questions regarding your special requests, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How can I place my order?

If your chosen product is available on our website, then the fastest way to order is by shopping on our website and fill in all of the details of your order during the checkout process.

However, if you prefer to pay via bank deposit. Then you may fill up the form on this link ______. Once the form is submitted to us, we will contact you to give you our bank payment details and process your order.

We accept pre-ordering or reserving of products to be dispatched within 3 months of the order date. These orders are to be paid in full as we will prepare them in advance, keep them and deliver them on your requested date.

What other forms of payment do you accept?

For now, we offer Paypal, Credit Card or by Bank Deposit options only.

How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?

Once your order and payment has been validated, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days and send you a photo of the finished product with the courier waybill for your reference.

How do you deliver?

Our usual delivery procedure is using our Standard Delivery Service which is delivering through our local door-to-door courier partner, delivered within 3-10 working days. We take care of the items and ensure that they will be delivered without damage.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our products to every city nationwide. For non-city areas or if local courier branches are not present in your location, please contact us directly prior to ordering.

We also deliver internationally, with the rates to be quoted separately depending on each order details.

We highly encourage that you choose a residential address to be the designated delivery address. This is so that the delivery location is always open to receive the item at any time.  Business establishments have a set open and close time so deliveries to these addresses may be moved to the next working day if the establishment is closed.  Please review all delivery address information before you submit the order form.  Bloomiere is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery information. Our arrangements cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, airports and some rural areas.

Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?

Yes. Time-sensitive deliveries such as those to hospitals and funeral houses may be accommodated using our same day or next day delivery services within Metro Manila.

For hospital delivery, please include the recipient’s room number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery.

When ordering flowers for funerals, please include the name of the deceased and the funeral home to prevent any confusion during delivery.

Can my order be delivered the next day I place the order?

Next day delivery service is only available within Metro Manila for an additional fee of P200 and our order process and payment cut-off is 1:00PM to be included in the delivery batch on the next day.

Rush deliveries can only be done with on-hand items. As a rule, we do not make new products in a rush because we do not want to compromise the quality of our arrangements.

Can my order be delivered on the same day I place the order?

Same day delivery service is only available within Metro Manila for an additional fee of P300 and our order process and payment cut-off is 10:00AM to be included in the delivery on the same day.

Rush deliveries can only be done with on-hand items. We do not make new products in a rush because we do not want to compromise the quality of our arrangements.

What do I do when the delivery of my order is delayed or missing?

For standard shipping, please expect the item to arrive between 3 – 10 days after the day it was dispatched.  Kindly allow up to 15 days for non-city or remote area deliveries.

After this expected delivery period, you may contact our designated mobile number _____, and we will do everything we can to assist you in contacting the courier company to locate your package.

On the unlikely event that your delivery is missing, Bloomiere will offer a rush re-delivery of an alternative product using another courier to your intended address.  

Do I have to pay delivery charges?

Our flat rates for shipping is as follows, Standard Shipping Service is P50 for Metro Manila and P100 for cities outside of Metro Manila. There is an additional surcharge of P50 if the delivery address is not a city. Kindly contact us for questions on delivery. Same day and next day deliveries within Metro Manila have a fixed delivery charge of P350 and P250 respectively.

What are your hours of operation?

You may order online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, order processing and product dispatching will be handled on our business operation time only. We are open to serve you Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will also answer calls, return your call, and answer emails and messages during our business hours only.
